Nous avons assemblé l'échelle et il nous manquait une marche. Dans la boîte ,il y avait 1 marche de 8 pouces et 2 de 10 pouces. Après un appel placé à Gopiscine, le manque a été résolu sans problème, 5jours plus tard , je recevais la marche de 12 pouces manquante.

I ordered the ladder on a Monday and received it two days later. It took about 90 minutes to put it together. I am pleased with the ladder. It has all the safety requirements demanded by the municipality. I will definitely use Gopiscine again!

Reçu le 30 juin ..il manque une marche pour l assemblée correctement..appel on me dit qu' un gars de l entrepôt va checker ça aujourd'hui le 10 juillet on me dit encore la même chose....pas très rassurant.. toujours en attente d une réponse
